Digital Services

Since our Kundali and Numerology reports are digital products delivered via email, cancellations are only possible under specific conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase
• If the report has not been generated or delivered yet
• Technical issues from our side that prevent delivery

Consultation Services

For astrological consultations:

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled consultation: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund
